Job summary

Arthrex Portland is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to manage medical implant inventory across its lifecycle, including receiving, labeling, replenishing, reconciling, and proper storage. You will use Redspot and Salesforce to track lot/serial numbers, expiration dates, consignment inventory, usage, and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely case fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, operations, logistics, or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to track lot numbers, expiration dates, and reconciliations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with Redspot, Salesforce, and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store medical implants and surgical inventory.
• Track inventory transactions, including lot/serial numbers and expiration dates in the systems.
• Coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts; perform cycle counts and audits.
• Prepare and coordinate surgical implant kits for timely case fulfillment.
