Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking a Supply Technician to support stocking, receiving, requisitioning, stocking, and delivering materials and equipment across ANTHC facilities. The role requires coordinating shipments with vendors and carriers, verifying items, and maintaining inventory records.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience with materials handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of material, warehouse, or related administrative experience for Technician II.
• Four years of material, warehouse, or related administrative experience for Technician III.

Responsibilities

• Assists internal and external customers and coordinates with vendors and transportation carriers for shipment of materials and equipment.
• Receives, restocks, prepares, and transports supplies, equipment, and instruments to all areas of assigned responsibility.
• Verifies content, quantity, and condition of materials; maintains documentation and checks purchase orders against vendor packing slips and freight received.
• Performs all required inventory activities and data entry for manual supply orders.
• Consolidates supplies and determines cost‑efficient packaging and shipping methods.
• Schedules pickup and shipment of materials and coordinates delivery to destination; ensures timely arrival.
• Follows proper shipping procedures and maintains safe work environment and items shipped.
• Delivers, returns, and restocks service carts and performs routine custodial duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
