Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Warehouse Lead Supply Technician to manage the Regional Supply Service Center. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising the storage and transport of goods for tribal health services across Alaska.

Applicants should have at least four years of warehouse experience, a valid forklift license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and ability to operate motorized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Set objectives for the team in alignment with the Logistics Supervisor.
• Act as Logistics Supervisor during absences to maintain operations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Coordinate multiple tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety compliance in warehouse processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate inventory records.
• Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies in the supply chain.
