Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years inventory control experience, preferably in retail.
• 1+ year in distribution or logistics preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and professionalism under pressure.
• Comfort with evolving tools and processes; initiative to maintain operational excellence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex inventory workflows and systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates reliability and punctuality for every shift.
• Conduct daily audits and Cycle Count Program to protect inventory integrity.
• Monitor aging inventory; process markdowns and damage write-offs; manage vendor returns.
• Receive and process shipments; record overages, shortages, and damages.
• Monitor systems using order management tools and WMS; track inventory flow.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments for accurate processing.
• Use ticketing systems to manage exceptions and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics leaders and other departments to maintain standards.
• Own inventory challenges and drive solutions across warehouse and retail teams.
