Job summary

Wayfair in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our logistics network and ensure quick, accurate deliveries. You will move items ranging from small parcels to large furniture, while maintaining speed, safety, and attention to detail throughout inbound and final-mile processes.

You will rotate across Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns, using scanners and warehouse software to track inventory, and performing quality control to prevent damage before shipping.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend English to ensure safety.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer, tablet, and handheld inventory devices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move furniture orders and inventory up to 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with team effort.
• Use scanners and handheld devices to track inventory and order locations.
• Perform quality control, packaging, labeling, and sorting to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S principles and safety guidelines.
