Job summary

Ideal Aerosmith is a leading supplier of precision inertial guidance test systems and aerospace test engineering services. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting parts flow, including receiving, verification, and distribution across locations.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in inventory or warehouse work. Experience in manufacturing and forklift operation is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and potential domestic travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of inventory, warehouse, or related experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Domestic travel may be required.
• U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per 8 U.S.C. §1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, unpack, verify, and record parts and materials.
• Inspect and compare shipment contents with packing slips and docs for accuracy.
• Record shipment and receiving data, including discrepancies or damages.
• Measure, weigh, and count materials as required.
• Retrieve parts for work orders to support production schedules.
• Prepare and distribute material kits for production across locations.
• Follow inventory control procedures and documentation requirements.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
