Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking an Aerospace Warehouse and Logistics Associate to compile and maintain inventory records for small aerospace items in large quantities. The role involves processing delivery requests, generating shipments, and tracking orders through the entire lifecycle.

The position requires 0–1 year of related experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to stand and lift objects. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook is expected. Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory.
• Process delivery requests and generate product shipments.
• Maintains status of orders through entire process.
• Maintains and manages accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked.
• Counts and bags material for storage and issues material from stock.
• Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies.
• Completes all stores, receiving and shipping transactions, computer data entry.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
