Job summary

Envases US Aluminum Division is seeking an Inventory Specialist at the Waco, TX facility to maintain parts and equipment supplies for high‑speed production lines. You will manage storeroom inventory, coordinate with procurement, and ensure accurate system records while supporting warehouse operations and safety compliance.

The role requires 1+ year in inventory management, experience with barcode systems, and the ability to work a 12‑hour rotating shift in a challenging manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in inventory management with shipping/receiving.
• Experience with barcode scanning technology and automated inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
• Willingness to climb stairs and ladders and use hand/power tools.
• Capability to work in extreme temperatures, all weather conditions, and around chemicals or fumes.
• Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7/365 continuous manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and manage inventory for parts and materials in the storeroom.
• Create purchase requisitions and review stocking levels based on usage data and lead times.
• Maintain inbound forms, inventory tags, and conduct counts of materials received or shipped.
• Regulate access to inventory resources for security and organization.
• Move materials through warehouse, load/unload, and prepare shipments.
