Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work around large, high-speed automated machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
• Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate high-speed shell presses to form shells from raw coil feeds.
• Oversee application of sealing compounds; monitor pressures, nozzle alignment, and temperatures.
• Manage the final conversion process where tabs are formed and attached; monitor transfer systems and bagging/palletizing.
• Monitor machines performance, speed, alignment, and lubrication for efficiency and quality.
• Record production data and quality metrics, and maintain shift logs.
