Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours.
• Willingness to work 24/7/365 rotating shifts.
• Basic mechanical aptitude around large, high-speed machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed machinery to ensure throughput.
• Clear jams and perform rapid restarts to minimize downtime.
• Replenish production materials such as coils, inks, coatings, and packaging supplies.
• Monitor performance indicators and make minor adjustments for optimal flow.
