Job summary

Qualifications

• Required – High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred – 1–3 years of forklift experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse/logistics environment.
• Must possess or obtain and maintain valid forklift operator certification per OSHA and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely throughout the plant using a forklift and other motorized equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, verify against manifests, and prevent damage.
• Transport raw materials to production lines and finished goods to storage or shipping areas.
• Perform cycle counts and document material movements in the warehouse system.
• Conduct pre/post-shift forklift inspections and comply with safety rules.
