Job summary

PrimeTech International, Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented supply specialist to perform inventory management, storage control, cataloging, and property utilization for depot and local operations under SCA standards.

You will work within established guidelines, apply program requirements, and communicate findings to warehouse management. You will follow SOPs, analyze stock data, reconcile discrepancies, prepare accurate records, and coordinate with transportation and customer requirements to ensure

Qualifications

• Knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Analytical ability to define problems, collect data, and apply guidelines.
• Familiarity with SCA and DOL wage rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and meet productivity goals.
• Follow SOPs, JBS, and Technical Manuals.
• Execute inventory and storage management tasks (receiving/induction, requisitions, transportation).
• Verify quantities against BOLs, invoices, and manifests.
• Complete BOLs, customs forms, and related shipping paperwork per DTR.
• Perform stock readiness and control activities, including inspections and minor repairs.
• Communicate with warehouse and customers to resolve discrepancies and improve accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for management review.
