Job summary

PrimeTech International, Inc (PTi) is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to perform inventory management, storage, and cataloging for depot and local supply activities. The role requires following SOPs, operating MHE, and ensuring accurate packing and shipping.

You will work with BOLs, notices, and stock records, collaborating to improve inventory accuracy and throughput while complying with DLA/DFAR requirements. A high school diploma and forklift expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write English and follow instructions.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and DLA SOP training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand and meet productivity goals and SOP guidelines.
• Execute inventory and storage management tasks per SOP and plan.
• Verify quantities against BOLs and invoices; ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Prepare/maintain records of received goods and outbound shipments.
• Operate warehouse management systems to track stock and generate reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
