Job summary

PrimeTech International, Inc. seeks a Supply/Inventory Specialist to perform inventory control, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization for depot and local supply activities.

The role requires knowledge of government supply systems and ability to work with local and depot level managers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SCA requirements and DOL wage guidelines. Proficiency with MS Office and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in supply or logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Performs the supply/warehouse activities for receipt, storage, issue, and inventory functions of equipment
• Resolves discrepancies including shortages, overages, duplicate shipments, misdirected shipments, and receiving variances
• Prepares various supply and transportation documentation
• Tracking requisition statuses, conducting follow up actions, and receiving supplies
• Provides process and inventory analysis and make recommendations for improvements
• Provides customer service support on requests for information, inspections, and shipping status
