Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in supply/warehouse or related field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
• Skilled in planning, controlling, executing, multi-tasking, and ensuring completion of work.
• Ability to read/write in English, follow instructions, perform math tasks, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs supply/warehouse activities for receipt, storage, issue, and inventory of equipment.
• Resolves discrepancies including shortages, overages, misdirected shipments, and receipt rejects.
• Researches using applicable systems and coordinates with Item Managers and customers.
• Prepares supply and transportation documentation and tracks requisition statuses.
• Maintains NSN/LSN records and adheres to SOPs, safety, and audit readiness standards.
