Job summary

Strategic Storage Partners, LLC seeks an experienced supervisor to lead warehouse personnel, ensure training and ES&H compliance, and drive safe, efficient material handling. You will organize receiving, storing, issuing, and disposition of materials while mentoring staff and approving time, leave, and performance activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating requisitions, inventory control, internal audits, and cost-effective operations to meet contractual requirements and site goals.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and 10 years in a property-related field.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or lead storekeeper role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; government property accountability experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel to ensure required training and ES&H compliance.
• Organize and assign tasks in alignment with property requirements (receiving, storing, issuing, disposition).
• Mentor personnel and approve time cards, vacations, and sick leave.
• Plan daily tasks and prioritize to support site operations and budget constraints.
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure accountability of inventories and materials.
• Coordinate and implement procedures for property functions to comply with MOC and Doe requirements.

Education
