Job summary

EFC International is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and team, overseeing daily activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and performance. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration are essential, with experience in construction or fastener industries a plus.

You will manage shipping/receiving, inventory, staffing, and training while driving metrics and cost controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months-1 year of relevant warehouse leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Epicor P21, online shipping tools, and standard warehouse technology.
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shipping, receiving, returns, transfers and inventory.
Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff with coaching and tools for success.
Establish and track performance metrics for safety, productivity, and quality.
Maintain documentation of staff performance, training, and certifications.
Oversee order processing for inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs.
Enforce cycle counting schedules.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and stock levels with building management and Operations.
Provide forklift certifications and training for all warehouse staff.
Collaborate with Quality and Purchasing on RMAs/returns.
