Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Phoenix seeks an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to support inventory control, shipping, receiving and logistics within our manufacturing facility. You will work closely with Production, Purchasing and Operations to ensure materials are received accurately, inventory is organized, and customer orders are shipped on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities with precision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and material locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Issue materials to production jobs.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare shipments for postal, parcel, and freight carriers.
• Document certifications and required receiving paperwork.
• Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Process customer returns (RMAs).
• Track lost shipments and obtain proof of delivery when necessary.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors to monitor outside processing and delivery schedules.
• Deliver finished products to customers when required.
• Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.
• Follow all established QMS procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
