Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an inventory control specialist to maintain accurate branch stock in the ERP system and support procurement workflows. You will reorder materials, communicate arrivals to Sales and operations, and ensure proper recording of received goods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch inventory in ERP system with accuracy.
• Reorder materials to keep stock available.
• Notify Sales and operations on material arrivals the same day.
• Forecast inventory needs and reorder before stockouts.
• Record and discard scrap material appropriately.
• Keep yard and warehouse organized and tidy.
• Create purchase orders for material purchases.
• Receive materials and enter into ERP system.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders.
