Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to oversee order planning and fulfillment, maintain shipment reports, and book shipments in customer portals. You will manage contract customer shipments, documentation, and inventory coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 4 years of related experience, with strong troubleshooting, safety, and communication skills. SAP experience is a plus and collaboration with logistics staff is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee order planning and order fulfillment.
• Maintain team shipment report for leadership visibility of upcoming shipments.
• Create accurate shipment bookings in customer web environments.
• Handle devices related to customer shipping requirements (e.g., FreightWatch, data loggers).
• Coordinate and monitor all Contract Customer shipments.
• Complete shipping documentation per procedures.
• Coordinate daily logistics staff and ensure load verification forms are created.
