Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC in Morton, IL is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to support inventory control, shipments, and production materials. You will maintain ERP records, perform cycle counts, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and provide material support to production.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in inventory/logistics, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills. This is an on-site role in a manufacturing environment with occasional lifting and fleet

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies for resolution.
• Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers.
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Track shipments and communicate status updates.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.
• Coordinate material movement between warehouse and production areas.
• Support production schedules by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Communicate inventory and delivery issues that may impact production.

Inventory Control
