Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through timely processing and reconciliation of inventory transactions.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies to ensure system integrity.
  • Support month-end inventory and financial close activities.
  • Ensure inventory movements and receiving documentation are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records that support operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Assist with inventory verification and cycle count activities.
  • Support daily warehouse and inventory operations by coordinating inventory-related activities across multiple departments.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to receiving, shipping, and production functions as needed.
  • Serve as backup for key operational processes to ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and inventory-related data.
  • Verify data accuracy and provide timely information to support operational decision-making.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, Shipping, and Finance to ensure accurate inventory information and timely issue resolution.
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies, operational concerns, and process improvement opportunities promptly.
