Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- All employees must be able to read and follow instructions both written and oral

- General warehouse experience
- Experience operating a powered industrial truck—forklifts, LPG and electric, stock picker, and racking/turret trucks
- Knowledge of Excel and ERP systems to maneuver through to do transactions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to operational needs
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced controlled environment with additional overtime as required
Position Responsibilities
As an Inventory Coordinator I, you will be responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to complete all internal and external customer requests. The position will be in one of the functional areas of the warehouse including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Work safely following all safety requirements
- Receiving, examining, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, picking, and packing items for storage or ship in accordance with established SOP procedures and customer requirements
- Cycle counting of raw materials used in the production process
- Maneuver picking cart or powered industrial truck to various locations throughout the facility to locate materials and fulfill orders
- Prepare accurate documentation requirements for packing and shipping of hazardous chemicals
- Practice good housekeeping and keep inventory neat, clean, and orderly
- Verify accurate storage conditions of products and notify Supervisor of any inventory issues such as can’t find, expired product, breakage, or out‑of‑stocks
- Assist other team members, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain collaborative relationships and teamwork
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Up to 24 months of work experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Experience with computers and scanning equipment preferred
- Experience handling hazardous materials (chemicals) is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Certification of forklift license is a must
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion
- Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene, including labels and SDS (Safety Data Sheets)
- Employee is regularly required to stand while performing job duties
- Lift, carry, pull, and push up to 40–70 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally with or without assistance
- Specific PPE required, including gloves, hair & beard net, safety glasses with no makeup/jewelry, and the like
Required Education
Accredited high school diploma or GED
Work Hours
Full‑time, 1st shift – 07:00 am to 03:30 pm
Ability to work in a fast‑paced controlled environment with additional overtime as required
