Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store Inventory & Operations teammate in Youngstown, OH to manage front end and pharmacy inventory, pricing, and planograms. You will review reports, validate on-hand balances, and support asset protection while ensuring accurate stock levels.

You’ll lead by example on inventory best practices, perform price changes, handle vendor returns, and assist with store opening/closing duties as needed, coordinating with the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience in retail or Walgreens (internal candidates) or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow store policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Assist with price changes, planograms, and vendor returns.
• Open/close store duties and cash handling when required.
