Job summary

Stark Carpet Corp. is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to manage daily inventory operations, lead a team, and drive accuracy and efficiency acrossReceiving, Sales, Customer Service, Showrooms, and Purchasing.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and AI-enabled analysis to identify trends and reduce risk. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on leadership with strong analytical skills, oversee cycle counts and reconciliations, and develop KPI dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management and supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory activity including receiving, storage, allocation, transfers, adjustments, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Lead, coach, and develop inventory and warehouse staff.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and allocation issues.
• Develop and document SOPs and implement improvements.
