Alo is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee daily inventory operations, supervise staff, and drive accuracy across cycle counts and audits. The role demands leadership, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with inventory systems.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, long standing/walking hours, and collaboration with inbound, returns, and outbound teams while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse ops, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours and lift 50 pounds.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control staff and daily operations according to policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate and resolve variances promptly.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Generate inventory reports for management decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Integrity to address non-compliant inventory.
• Use WMS to track inventory movement.
• Train and evaluate team on best practices and safety.
• Promote a clean, organized, hazard-free environment.
• Coordinate with inbound, returns, and outbound operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, FDA, WRAP.
• Be punctual and professional.
