Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented inventory and store operations associate to manage inventory accuracy across the front end and pharmacy. You will participate in receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram validation while supporting asset protection efforts and weekly pricing tasks.

The role requires strong English communication, flexible scheduling, and a proactive approach to ensuring on-shelf availability and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail experience for external candidates.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the entire store (front end and pharmacy).
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities (receiving, counting, ordering, returns).
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and ensure planograms are accurate.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques and handle claims for overages/shortages/damages.
