Qualifications

• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the absence of the Supervisor under minimal supervision.
• Ensure accuracy in SAP at all times.
• Perform RTS/stockroom tasks, cycle counts, WIP support, shipping, receiving inspection as needed.
• Reconcile inventory variances and adjust accordingly.
• Report line record accuracy to Supervisor and Manager.
• Act as liaison between Production Control, Production Management and Production line for inventory or shortages.
