Job summary

This role supports production by reconciling variances, moving material, and maintaining organized stockrooms; flexible for extra hours during month-ends as needed to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information to managers, clients, and staff.
• Strong problem-solving and data collection skills.
• Proficient with Windows OS and ERP software in daily tasks.
• Experience with Jabil software packages or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock records.

Responsibilities

• Stockroom/RTS duties using RF scanners in SAP and verify transactions.
• Pull kits and split them according to the system base kit pull procedure.
• Scan kits to the G drive and resolve shortages to completion.
• Count material from the line to ensure system accuracy.
• Maintain organized build areas with full kan-bans of material.
• Follow receiving and shipment procedures and document movements.
• Assist with inventory variances reconciliation and reporting.
• Move material physically and systemically between locations as needed.
• Support month-end shipping and ensure timely deliveries.
