Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team-oriented associate to manage store inventory for front end and pharmacy, including receiving, pricing, and returns. You will monitor reports and system accuracy, perform asset protection tasks, and support cash handling and POS duties in designated shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and follow procedures accurately.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management for front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, and pricing.
• Review and coordinate proper use of reports and systems for on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection, including loss prevention and returns.
• Open and close the store in designated locations as needed, with cash handling and POS duties.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model service best practices to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including receiving orders and scanning deliveries.
• Verify pharmacy shipments posted and manage posting of pharmacy orders and recalls under supervision.
• Complete On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes, including disposals and vendor returns.
• Support pricing activities, including changes, markdowns, and signage accuracy.
• Assist and coach team on package deliveries, tracking, and pickup program support.
• Ensure inventory counts and on-hand quantities are accurate and aligned with policies.
