• Six months of prior Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of prior retail experience (external).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Achieving expectations rating on last performance review and no disciplinary actions in the previous 12 months (internal candidates only).
• Attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Executes inventory management processes including receiving, counting, pricing, and returns.
• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management in designated stores.
• Handles front end and pharmacy inventory and pricing accuracy reviews and reporting.
• Assists in pharmacy shipments postings and recalls under pharmacist supervision.
