Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy; manage receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms.
• Review reports and system applications affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform asset protection tasks and file claims for overages, shortages, and damaged goods, including prescription drugs.
• Open and close the store at times; handle systems start-ups, cash handling, and cashier duties.
• Support customer experience and respond to issues to ensure a positive visit.
