Job summary

NRI in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Inventory Lead to guide the inventory team and ensure goods are handled and processed to meet client needs. You will lead training, manage tasks within SLA, and drive efficiency across the warehouse.

Key duties include cross-training staff, conducting cycle counts, audits, and reports, and collaborating on labor planning. The role requires strong communication and attention to detail in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties with minimal direction.
• Experience leading inventory personnel to perform effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of inventory employees.
• Lead and delegate inventory tasks within SLA.
• Collaborate on labor planning, audits and quality assurance.
• Delegate cycle counts, lead audits, and complete inventory reports.
• Support strategies to optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Follow safety rules and SOPs.
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and tidy.
• Perform other duties as requested.
