Qualifications

• Six months of prior retail work experience (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Operate asset protection, including filing claims for overages, shortages, and damaged goods.
• Open/close store in absence of management in designated stores and handle cash as required.
• Engage customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Lead warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including ordering and receiving, and ensure accurate postings for pharmacy and front-end shipments.
• Complete pricing activities, monitor promotions and ensure signage and regulatory pricing tasks are correct.
• Support front end and pharmacy ordering, monitor excess orders, and maintain inventory accuracy across various locations.
