Job summary

Crown Technical Systems, a Flex Company, is seeking a Lead Inventory Coordinator to join our Fontana, CA team. The role reports to the Production Manager and leads the inventory team in overseeing stock, cycle counts, and ERP-driven processes within the manufacturing plant.

The successful candidate will manage daily operations, assist with training, resolve issues, and drive KPI performance while ensuring accurate material handling and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics or related field.
• Experience leading a team of employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with cycle counting and ERP/MRP.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the work of assigned team employees.
• Train new department personnel.
• Assist team with technical issues or problems with given assignments.
• Request SKU creation, updates, edits, or deactivation in ERP.
• Run reports to identify open/past-due orders and pick lists.
• Oversee KPI’s for the department.
• Complete audits (STO, Cycle Counts, Pick Lists).
• Propose improvements to inventory processes and update work instructions.
• Pull and stage material for manufacturing per BOM/work orders.
