Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and work direction to Inventory Control Specialists, including assigning cycle count schedules and balancing workload across locations.
• Train, mentor, and coach Inventory Control Specialists on ERP transactions, cycle counting methods, and inventory control procedures.
• Serve as primary liaison between inventory control team and Planning Manager, escalating staffing or system issues as needed.
• Own inventory records accuracy; lead root-cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Review and audit cycle counts and inventory transactions for accuracy and compliance.
