Job summary

American Tire Distributors is seeking a Lead Person in the RDC to support management, coach teammates, and ensure accurate inventory and safe operations. You will train staff, monitor daily tasks, and uphold company policies while driving productivity on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, reporting metrics, and collaborating with supervisors to meet timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• High School or GED degree required or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, coaching and onboarding of new and existing associates.
• Assist with daily operations, inventory accuracy and policy adherence.
• Act as liaison between team and management to resolve issues.
• Coordinate planned workflow with supervision to meet objectives.
• Provide insights for process improvements and support implementation.
• Maintain inventory integrity and target 2% variance.
