Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking an experienced Inventory Lead to oversee Inventory Specialists, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in picking, packing, cycle counts, and movements. You will delegate tasks, monitor workflows, and support the Supply Chain Manager while maintaining real-time inventory accuracy.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with electronic inventory systems, and a focus on safety and compliance for sensitive products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management preferred.
• 2+ years in inventory, warehouse ops, or similar; leadership experience.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication; safety and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide daily activities of Inventory Specialists for picking, packing, cycle counts, and movements.
• Monitor workflow and delegate tasks to meet daily goals.
• Communicate with Inventory Specialists; provide on-the-floor support.
• Maintain accurate stock levels; verify adjustments and recounts.
• Ensure system data entry for inventory movements; manage reporting metrics.
• Train new staff on processes, safety, and system usage.
• Promote best practices and ensure FIFO and secure handling of sensitive products.
• Collaborate across leads and departments to support inventory flow.
