Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Lead Inventory Clerk to support inventory accuracy and daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate daily inventory activities, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records while guiding team members.

Responsibilities include supporting receiving, storage, and movement of materials, communicating updates to supervisors and partner teams, and ensuring safe, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience guiding or training team members.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use inventory systems and maintain accurate records.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory activities and help prioritize work for the team.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and help resolve them promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow established procedures.
• Support the receiving, storage, and movement of materials.
• Communicate inventory issues and updates to supervisors and partner teams.
• Help train team members on inventory processes and safe work practices.
• Keep work areas organized and follow safety requirements.
