Job summary

Vireo Health in the United States is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. You will support the Inventory Manager by performing core tasks in the inventory cycle, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining optimal stock levels across warehouse and vault operations.

This role involves picking, packing, shipping, cycle counts, and data entry in METRC and other systems, with close collaboration across Quality, Cultivation, Purchasing, and Receiving to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in inventory management preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory management systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred experience with industry software such as BioTrack, Leaf Logix, MJ Freeway, METRC, Leafly, and Dutchie.

Responsibilities

• Execute picking, packing, and manifesting of orders for timely fulfillment to retail locations.
• Coordinate with Quality and Cultivation to ensure orders are packed according to company standards, accurately labeled, and ready for dispatch.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Update the electronic inventory system with accurate data on all inventory movements.
• Maintain FIFO and rotate stock to minimize aging stock and reduce waste.
• Assist in receiving, labeling, storing, and dispatching goods.
