Vireo Health is seeking an Inventory Lead to oversee daily activities of Inventory Specialists and ensure accuracy under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager. This on-site, full-time role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory, warehouse ops, or similar, with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of Inventory Specialists to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Monitor workflow and assign tasks to meet daily goals.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with cycle counts and discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory is tracked in the system and counts match records.
• Train new Inventory Specialists on processes and safety protocols.
• Provide on-the-floor support and guidance to staff.
• Enter data for movements and reporting of metrics.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and other leads.
