Job summary

AYR Wellness is seeking an Inventory Lead to support the Inventory Manager and dispensary staff in maintaining accurate inventory controls. This role provides leadership, guidance, and hands-on supervision to ensure inventory accuracy and timely updates across physical and system records.

You will conduct counts, audits, and adjustments, ensure menu accuracy, and keep the store tidy and compliant with state cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• Must stay current with state cannabis policy.
• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory accuracy by managing stock levels and menu updates.
• Perform inventory counts, weekly audits and adjustments to support the retail business.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all inventory is stored securely and properly shelved.
• Participate in the flow of physical stock for order processing.
• Report any irregularities to the Inventory Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure all menus (digital and physical) are up to date and accurate.
• Provide regular reporting as required by internal operations and state requirements.
• Ensure product is stocked on the sales floor and ready for purchase.
• Communicate variance issues to prevent improper imputation of inventory orders.
• Maintain high standards of team communication and accountability.
• Keep the store appearance clean, safe, and guest-ready.
