Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking an Inventory Lead to support the Inventory Manager/Supervisor and dispensary staff by supervising and maintaining accurate inventory control measures. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members in a positive, upbeat work environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring inventory accuracy, conducting counts/audits, and reporting to internal operations and state requirements, while keeping menus up to date and stock ready for sale.

Qualifications

• Must stay current with state cannabis agency policies.
• Must meet age requirement per state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass background checks required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support retail operations by driving inventory accuracy and menu updates.
• Perform inventory counts, weekly audits, and adjustments.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas with secure inventory.
• Provide regular reporting as required by internal operations and state requirements.
• Communicate variances to Inventory Supervisor/Manager.
