Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory for the dispensary and drive sales by keeping the online and in-store menu up to date and compliant with all regulations. Reports to Retail Inventory Manager and Dispensary Store Manager.

Responsibilities include daily counts, proper tagging, reconciliations, and maintaining orderly storage areas, delivery records, and purchase orders to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must pass state background checks and obtain required badging.
• Age requirement as per state cannabis agencies.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts with daily reconciliations.
• Tag products per state/local regulations with required paperwork.
• Reconcile inventory to state system and ensure data accuracy.
• Keep clean, organized shop and storage areas.
• Maintain delivery records and invoices per GM and regulations.
• Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill orders.
• Run and maintain inventory level reports.
• Keep store areas clean, safe, and guest-ready.
