Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking an Inventory Lead to support our Virginia dispensary operations. You will supervise and partner with the Inventory Manager and staff to maintain accurate inventory control, drive cycle counts, and ensure timely menu updates and stock availability.

You will perform counts, audits, adjustments, and reporting to meet internal and state requirements. The role emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and a positive, customer-focused environment within a retail cannabis setting.

Qualifications

• Must stay current and adhere to all state policies.
• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Inventory counts, weekly audits, and adjustments to support the retail business.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure inventory is properly stored.
• Operate flow of physical stock for order processing.
• Provide regular reporting as required by internal operations and state requirements.
• Communicate variance issues or missing information to Inventory Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure menus, digital and physical, are up to date and accurate.
