Job summary

Wyld is hiring an Inventory Lead in Oregon to manage accurate documentation and tracking of all product inventory using METRC and internal systems. The role oversees inventory before and after packaging, testing, and sales fulfilment, and acts as a point of contact for sales reps.

Training and coaching Inventory Specialists are key duties. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and a strong attention to regulatory detail, with opportunities to contribute to a fast-paced growth

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing or equivalent; 1 year preferred.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Must obtain all required state permits, licenses, or certifications.
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
• 21+ years old.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification, if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory control based on company standards and state regulations.
• Document and enter inventory into METRC or state tracking system.
• Label all inventory clearly.
• Perform daily audits of physical inventory.
• Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor/Manager on inventory levels and planning.
• Log transfers from inventory to finished units.
• Fulfill orders and coordinate with sales representatives.
• Maintain and organize inventory vault for safety and accuracy.
• Train and direct Inventory Specialists as needed.
