• Experience leading a team of 2–5 direct reports.
• 1–2 years of entry‑level leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and assess the flow of materials to ensure accurate inventory balances.
• Perform inventory reconciliation between system records and physical counts.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Partner with accounting to ensure inventory balances align with financial records.
• Review transactions impacting inventory including receipts, adjustments, transfers, and billing-related movements.
• Prepare variance reports and provide root cause analysis.
• Cross train team members.
• Follow standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Supervise and support a team of 4–5 inventory associates.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to entry-level staff.
• Assign and monitor daily cycle count activities.
• Ensure team adherence to inventory control procedures and accuracy standards.
• Conduct performance feedback and contribute to employee development.
• Inventory in other company facilities and/or partner facilities as needed.
