Encompass Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Lewisville, TX, to maintain accurate inventory records and drive efficient fulfillment in our fast-paced distribution center.

You will perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and collaborate with receiving, warehousing, and shipping teams to ensure inventory integrity and timely order fulfillment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform daily cycle counts and audits.
• Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to protect inventory integrity.
• Operate RF scanners and transportation of inventory within the facility.
• Support inventory-related reporting for leadership review.
