Job summary

Siemens Energy in Mississippi is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, variance reconciliation, and root-cause analysis. You'll work with warehouse teams to identify discrepancies and improve inventory integrity on a daily basis.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse inventory experience, familiarity with WMS or ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

2+ years in warehouse inventory or cycle counting
Knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes
Experience with audits/regulatory environments
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate warehouse equipment

Responsibilities

Conduct cycle counts and reconcile variances per policy
Investigate discrepancies and document root causes
Partner with warehouse operations to resolve receiving/shipping errors
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce inaccuracies
Maintain inventory reports, metrics, audit trails, and support audits
Provide inventory accuracy feedback and training, and ensure compliance with procedures
