Job summary

KeHE Distributors is a leading employee-owned distributor of natural and organic products. We are seeking a Cycle Counter to ensure inventory accuracy in a high-volume distribution center in Kentucky.

You will execute scheduled counts, navigate the WMS, and maintain 98%+ count accuracy, while communicating discrepancies clearly. This full-time role offers benefits after 30 days and a pay rate of $21.96 per hour for evening shifts (SU-TH, 8:00 PM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics preferred; motivated candidates with no experience will be considered.
• Ability to obtain VHP, Reach Truck, and Picker certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts at assigned locations with 98%+ accuracy.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to create and manage cycle count batches; identify variances and escalate as needed.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes and how inventory accuracy impacts operations.
• Mentor onboarding with Sr. Cycle Counter and support team.
• Participate in regular check-ins with the DC IC Manager and promote accountability.
